are 1.6 rocker arms worth it

The OEM Rockers are also 1.6. :p

To answer your question about the installation of "Roller Rockers" though... Sure, they'll help by reducing rotational friction but I'm not sure how much of a HP gain you'll see by just installing rollers.

I doubt there is any HP gain from the RR's if you are switching from the stock ratio to the stock ratio. If there is, it would probalby only show up on the dyno. We should point out that the factory stamped units are supposed to have the 1.6 ratio but can vary from 1.45 to 1.70 depending on the manufacturing tolerances. But every motot is different. The roller part of the rocker will reduce friction and help the motor rev just a little smoother (maybe faster.)

I'd also like to point out that they can be noiser than stampped pieces too.

If the cam is stock, you`d gain more going to a 1.7 roller rocker.

The stock rockers are inaccurate junk. The 1.6 rollers would provide accurate valve lift, reduced friction and lower oil temps.
A roller bearing is better than metal on metal,(stock rocker).

Not sure how much hp a 1.6 roller rocker would provide, but it`s probably not much.
