Are LongTubes worth it?

that would be one hell of a HELL YES , they are worth every dime and worth the pain in the a$$ to install and are worth taking loose to put in a clutch , the power is worth every headache , once you do them once though , second time is a breeze

From a power gain standpoint, I don't think they are worth it in N/A form.

You can achieve just as much rwhp with stock headers, x pipe, cat-back, drop-in K&N, and a good tune. Do some on checking on N/A cars w/ headers for dyno numbers in SAE form.

I am sure they sound excellend though.

Yes, I have seen the dyno chart. He's at like 252/290 SAE. My car is at 250/292 SAE without LT's. I have conservative tune as well. I also use the stock TB and plenum.
