Are our foglights 12v? Can I use the power from one as a power source for nitrous?

I dont have my fog lights anymore due to my Saleen front, so I was thinking of using the wire that powers my fogs, to power my zex nitrous kit. Like that I will already have the switch and everything mounted, and the fog wires are pretty close to where I mounted my zex box. What do you think? I guess I could take my DMM to figure it out but this is easier!

Not only that, but if you are tapping in near the fog light connectors (at the front fascia), you will have power fed by a relay (always nice compared to running all the current through a switch alone).

Good luck.

I plan on cutting the plug off my fog light (or seeing if they sell something at advance) so its a direct plug in without cutting the factory harness. I shall post pics when complete.

Just something to think about... If you use that line, wont you have to have your lights on to use the foglight switch, or at least the parking lights? I can't remember if the lights have to be on or not...

just get an add-a fuse from autozone and run a dedicated 10a circuit. It needs to get its feed from the cabin anyhow for the arming switch.....use a switched feed so it wont be left on
