Interior and Upholstery Are the 2005-2006 rear seats all interchangeable between hardtops and convertibles?

I just bought a 2006 convertible V6 with cloth seats which are sun-faded in back and found a set of rear seats from the 2005-2009 model year in leather for $70 and wondering if I have to make sure the leather ones come from a convertible or if it matters. I read somewhere that the convertible rears may be different--maybe shorter or missing certain connections for the soft top. I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks!
