Are the fox body and sn95 electrical engine harness the same?

hey guys, I am new here and I have a couple of questions to ask.

I am doing a v6 to v8 swap and I know I need the engine harness for the v8 engine and computer. Is the fox body engine harness the same as the sn95 engine harness? Is the t5 tranny harness also the same?


also, I would like to hide all the wires in the engine bay. Has anyone done this, and if you have please show me pics?

The first thing that comes to mind as far as differences would be that the fox has salt & pepper shakers and the SN95 does not.

The alternator is not the same also.

lol, Sorry

Lots of folk call them that. I think the proper name for them is ten pin connectors and they are located on the firewall behind the upper intake on fox bodys.

The Fox's also have the BAP sensor, I think on or near the firewall. The 94-95's don't have that. I'm not sure about the tranny harness, but I ended up modding my v-6 tranny harness ( from the 5 speed) with my 5.0 swap, it works great. Let me know if you need the info on that mod and I'll get it to you.
