well. my engine is down to the pistons right now. and its either get the gto40s cleaned up when i take my heads in. or just get trickflow manifolds.
i remember hearing they were better.

worth it?
since it will cost me about the same. getting them cleaned up. or buying new manifolds and selling the old ones.

what do you all think?

honestly, if you sold the gt40 on corral.net and then bought the trick flow intake you wouldnt be breaking the bank at all and since the tfs intake would better match the heads, it would only benefit you. especially since your engine is already down.

with your heads and cam i would go street heat intake. I am planning on selling my ported cobra and getting a better intake soon too.

I would also venture to say that if you got a tfs cam it would make more power than the one you are running.

I didn't see anything about a throttle body though...........tell me you arent running the stocker still.

ill probably get a custom grind cam down the road. not sure yet..

and yes, it did have the stock throttlebody last time it was running
but i got a professional products 70mm one sitting on my shelf :nice:
