Are these bad motor mounts?

I have thrown a few posts about a weird 'miss' i have with my car and someone suggested looking at the motor mounts and the harmonic balancer. The balancer didnt seem to be overly wobbly, but i am ordering a replacement anyhow (good insurance considering the beast has 230K on her)

Can someone give me some verification that is definitely time to change the mounts?

If you don't go poly, I'd go with '93 mounts. They're the captured design that was used on verts.

Good luck.

Getting a good quality set of mounts will almost feel like you picked up a little power after having blown mounts like that because the car will put more torque through the chassis. You don't need gobs of power to run poly mounts. They're a little expensive but they'll out last stock mounts.

Yea they are really bad. I was glad to see them in this condition because i had no other suspects to check out why my car had such a hard 'miss' (which turned out to be a vibration)

Is it hard to change the mounts? I have limited tools at my disposal and will be doing this in my car port.

I know.. i know

Yea i agree it was kind of a stupid question, but when i had my camaro i accused a guy of selling me some jacked up control arms because the bushings had holes in them and i later larned that thats how the bushings came on the A arms on the 4th gen camaro. I just felt dumb.. so i wasnt sure when the mounts on the mustang would be considering bad.
