Are These High Flow Cats?

So i bought an h-pipe that the guy said had SLP high flow cats from craigslist. But now im thinking they are not high flow cats. What is your opinion? Thanks.

SLP high flows usually don't have heat shields...but they could still be high flow universal cats

Yeah i didnt realize about the heat shield until i got home. Im hoping they are high flow. Guess i will know by the sound when i install them.

Take the heat shield off and post the pic. All that shield is gonna do is get loose and start rattling anyway.
