Are These Rotors Normal?

Just opened up the box of my brand new Baer Eradispeed 13" Rotors from Street Side Auto. The rotor have spots of rust. Is this normal? Will it go away after some braking?

Doesn't look like rust to me. Looks like those rotors were zinc coated and those are probably deposits left over from the process when the solution evaporated.

The spots will leave as soon as you go around the block and brake.
