Are these Sub-Frames good enough?

Ive been hesitant to install some CGS subframe connectors I purchased off ebay due to some negative responses Ive heard in the forums. They are approximately 4 1/2 ft. long so they are not full legnth. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I go proceed with the install or should I buy the Maximum Motorsports full length connectors?

BTW has anyone tried the CGS connecotors? If so, how are they?

Do you know how long full length subframes are? Compared to yours? Will they go from under your lower UCL arm bolt/torque box area, all the way to the front subframe near the firewall? Measure your subframes and compare that to the distance to those areas on your car, if they reach, use them. Unless you want the type that support the back seat bolts(if they are not). My car does not have those(seat supports) and it is ok. You have some now, why spend extra money? Weld them in is a good idea if you can.

But what is the difference in length from his, to full frames? If they do connect the front to the back, they are good enough. Thats what I mean, if they are shorter than for sure get full length ones. I hope I was not misunderstood here.
