If I have the clutch pushed in, car is stopped and rev the engine smoothly around 3250 I can feel a little vibration develop then disappear after that rpm. Can anyone else see if they have similar findings?

This is a 06 GT with 3800 miles. Definetly not abused. JLT2 CAI with brenspeed tune.

Just wondering if this is a normal condition for all the rotation masses in the engine.

Thx
