1990 Mustang GT with Kenne Bell at 7 psi, Cobra rockers and Venom performance module
Summit sells a performance head bolt kit from ARP which I have but wanted to go better. I checked into their Pro line of bolts but do not see a pro head bolt kit for a 1990 E7 ported head. I know that studs are the best but have been reading the horror stories about leaking with ARP thread sealer. But my main concern is can the studs be removed one at a time with a hex wrench in the car once the sealer on the coolant bolt holes has been there for say 10 years. The heads may or may not come off in the car but I'd rather remove them with removing the studs if possible. Has anyone used thes studs and do all of them have a hex in the end to allow for removal??? Any experience would be helpful here???
