ARP PERMA-LOC Rocker Arm Adjusters

Has anybody used these before and if so what do you think of them?

I have standard polylocks now on my solid lifter 351C Stroker and I'm considering going to the PERMA-LOC's.

ARP advertises these as "stops your rocker arms from loosening forever".

I have the poly locks and when i adjust them, i put some loctite in the center lock bolt and give the rocker nut another 1/16 of turn and they never come loose

they look to me like a fancy poly lock adjuster.
