Can you guys chirp 2nd? I tried and still cant even chirp second. It starts to go sideways in first but always hooks good which I guess is good but Its almost as if I need more gear. Also the fact that I have a 97 good be the major thing.. Ive been thinking about a PI intake because I need to wake this car up!!!

my buddy has a 98 auto with 4:10s and he screams the tires into second but after that he's a turd.

I have a 2000 GT Auto with 4.30 gears. When i hit 2nd it leaves 5ft black marks. This is helped by the transgo shift kit. But when i first bought my car it would bark 2nd though.

Mine squats and chirps as goes into 2nd...spins enough to make the "Traction" icon light up on the dash. Stock gears.

I used to be able to go sideways into 2nd that was until I had my stall converter put in, which softened up the shifts a bit. Now it just chirps.
