automatic tranny question

i have a 94 5.0 that has a blown AOD-E. i can get my hands on a 4R70W out of 96 thunderbird with the 4.6. will the tranny bolt to the 5.0?

not directly. it needs a different bell housing and the electronics need to be messed with in order to make it work
