autometer dual gauge cluster

Does anyone else have this? I can't get my gauge to sit in all the way, it sticks out about an inch. I think it is hitting the plastic that goes over the speedo/tach/fuel/etc

Yeah mine did the same thing. The studds on the back of the guages were hitting. I just cut the studds of them and they went right in.

same here. You gotta cut off those brass threaded things sticking out the back.

yup same here cut it off.

its cutoff, but I think it is the wire hitting now (12v or ground).
