I just got my new gauge in and now Im clueless. Not really but I just want to do this right so can some one break it down for me? Where do I get the ignition switch from? Where do I put the twist-in light? Thanks

basically for lighting positive: fuse 13 or the headlight switch. former is easier IMHO.
ignition (key on hot) power: yellow wire under column or the dead side of a fuse that is key on hot. put a fuse on the wire that you run (1 amp should be fine). HVAC circuit should work for a source.
ground is ground (a bolt onto metal with a good clean contact).
