Hey guys. Long story short: bought new rims on Ebay, my BFG KDWIIs at Sears. They mangled my rears trying to mount the tires, ordered the wrong rear tire size, did more damage mounting the right tires the second time, lost a center cap, and after a month of chasing them, finally gave me most of the money back to replace them. The store manager is the biggest P.O.S. I've ever met in my life, called me a liar about the damage, disrespected me up and down, dissed my car (basically said the car wasn't perfect, why do the wheels have to be?), and only refunded me the rim cost and said tough crap on the shipping I had to pay again. They're a bunch of hacks who can't even take responsibility for their actions, damaged my rims, and treated me like public enemy #1. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR STANG! Pass the word boys.

Typically, when i get new tires...i bring them the rims only.

The one and only time i brought the car there, i guess the techs thought I left and the kid pulled my 5.0 out of the bay and proceeded to spin the hell out of my brand new tires.

I hear more tire-install horror stories that quick -lube stories. You would think that a place that specializes in installing tires would be able to do a good job. If the manager ever gave me the "why do the wheels need to be line" i would just have shot back at them "Well, if your goal as manager is to provide non-perfect subpar service..then i guess you are succeeding"
