I bought my friends Megashifter for 25 bucks really good deal looks bran new.
But I have a problem I have a kick down switch and it looks like I have to remove it?
Do I?
also its telling me to buy this part that I would need.

Just wondering what you guys did to install this.

I have a 1967 mustang with a C4 tranny.

welll i installed it so far looks like I didnt need that extra part.

But I need to know should I put the Downshift Cable back on?
I dont know if i still need it?

You can downshift manually if needed. You don't HAVE to have the kickdown connected for normal operation
