b&m shifter

hey does anyone know if the b&m shifter would fit on the v6. ive eyeballed it several times & honestly i dont see any reason why it wouldnt fit. even though the website says its for gts. any help would be appreciated. thanx

for manual transmissions, the GT uses a TR3650 trans, while the V6 uses a T-5 trans.

im aware...

of the difference in the trannys. but ive looked at both a GT and a v6 stock shifter and there carbon copies of each other. & with the way the b&m unit installs...it uses the studs that are underneath the shift boot. doing away with the rear mount. in fact...i think those are the same studs from the rear mount on a normal shifter. either way...ive got a ton of cash to spare so i might invest in it to see if i can retrofit it into my car.
