B303 Or E303 With This Combo. No Flames Please

88 notch stock bottom end 302 in great shape. 3 bar gt40's milled .030. 1.7 roller rockers. gt40 tubular upper and lower 75mm throttle body 24lb injectors, c&l 76mm mass air housing. 255 lph fuel pump. t5 with 3.73's. car currently has e303 but wanted to go to a b303 i had laying around. thanks!

Here are your specs. They are close enough that unless you have specific power goals in mind, I would not change it with a manual transmission.

But the question is how this relates to power band. American Muscle describes the E303 as having excellent mid and low power, but my experience feels like it is a screamer. E's have more lift. If there is not a clearance problem, that is a good thing.

Unless you want practice changing cams, I don't think the 5-10hp potential is worth it.

ALways felt the B303 needed to be revved high to make power, while the E303 was better at low end power.
