well i was a member of stangnet for awhile but then i sold my 5.0 joined the army and the rest is history.well i just recently bought a 1988 notch 5.0,no power anything no a/c base model 5.0.it has bbk springs,pro 5.0 shifter,o/r h pipe,flows.
the bad....well after i started looking at it i noticed some rust on the strut towers wich is pretty bad and also rust in some other places(rear 1/4 panels by tire well,floorboards) i really didnt notice it when i bought it.
i feel like an idiot but i really like this 5.0 and hope theres a chance in the future i can just fix the cancer rather than getting a doner and swapping.besides the cancer its in really good shape and is a great dd.
so is it worth it for me to keep and drive until i get my own garage and can do the stuff myself or what?
