Okay guys I'm back with the same problem - but definitely getting worse. The car is running very rough between like 900 and 1500 rpm's. At idle it's fine, but if I barely set my foot on the gas and hold it at about 1100 rpm's the car just shakes like hell. When I push past it seems fine, though I'm not sure if it's just not as noticeable at higher RPMS.

Last night I changed the PCV Valve, cleaned the MAF, put new wires and plugs and cap and rotor on. No change. :damnit:

110,000 miles 95 GT, K&N air filter

Any ideas?

How's your harmonic balancer (dampner)? If it is the original unit it could be coming apart and causing a imbalance that shakes real bad at the rpms you are stating. Also, the EGR has a green vacuum line going to it. Pull it off and feel if it is dithering(pulsing) from the green hose. If that is good you could remove the EGR itself and see if it is operating correctly. You should be able to 'lightly' apply vacuum to the nipple that the green hose is attached to and hear the valve open and close. If it is stuck open it could cause problems at certain rpms.
