i took off my back seats couple yrs ago and now i want to put them back on and i the only thing i found were the back part of the seat and this bracket ...... thats all any one else knows whats missing ?

Depends on what else you removed.
When i removed my rear seat i took everything out, brackets, bars, spacers seatbelts.
Luckily i kept the seat tops and bottoms, but i still had to goto the junkyard and get a pile of hardware that keeps the seats in and brackets for them to fold down.
There is alot parts that goto the rear seat, if that pic is all you have, there is quite a bit missing.
I actually found guys on ebay selling all parts together, but they wanted way too much, i payed like $35 at the junkyard, no shipping for everything i needed.
Lesson learned, taking out your rear seats is stupid.

ya i jjust took the back rest part out i have the bottom seat part i just forgot how everything went in the back
