Backfire

I was driving my 94 mustang gt 5.0 5 speed it started to backfire lost power then after a bit would start run hood for a min start to backfire when throttled then died and won't start now

Sounds ignition system related to me. Check your plug wires, especially the one from the coil to the distributor (see if it's loose on either side, burned or broken). Then check to see if your distributor is loose, it might have spun - check the hold down. Pop the cap and check the rotor as well. If you don't find anything obvious like a loose distributor, bad coil wire, or warn out rotor, start pulling codes and checking fuses. It's never happened to me, but the PIP failure in the distributor seems to be a common failure mode based on what I've read here.

Now I'm getting no spark out of the coil I changed coil still nothing I even put a new timing chain and gears in still no spark

PIP & TFI failures are common on our cars.

I have power going to coil replaced coil the pip and even did the timing chain and gears still no spark

There's not much more left. Check the TFI... AutoZone can test it for you before you purchase a replacement.
