Made a road trip to my folks, a week ago, when i got there i noticed my drivers side front wheel was almost black from brake dust. the next day that wheel was grinding. Pulled the front wheel, and the inside pad was toast, thinking i had a stuck caliper pin, i replace the pads, cleaned & lubed the pins. made a few 30-0 stops to break them in. had to leave next day, and after about 30 mi. the drivers side brake was smoking.
Ended up pulling into a shop, and they had to replace the caliper, stuck piston. Sucks because i was planning on upgrading the brakes, not pay just to fix em.
Anyone else had a stuck caliper? should i expect the other one to go, and go ahead, drop the coin on some cobra brakes? At the least i plan on flushing the system with fresh fluid.
