I'm having some strange noises come from my clutch the last few days...

when I'm just barely putting pressure on it, like my foot resting on it, I get a noise that sounds something like a whistle or sqeak, not too loud, but definately not normal. When shifting gears I also get some slight squeeky sounds...

My clutch went out when I first got the car at like 50k miles...I'm at 97k now...ANY SUGGESTIONS!?!?!

It sounds like the clutch cable to me. Can you sort of feel it in the clutch when you depress it?

Is replacing the TOB labor intensive? How much will this run me?

You could spend a half day replacing it and it might do it again in a years...It just needs greasing

you have to pull the transmission to replace. may want to upgrade the clutch while you're at it. you can remove the access plate and spray as mentioned before.
