Bad ECT sensor causing this problem or what???

I would want to monitor the pressure when it is doing this. Also, are you 100% sure the fuel lines are not blocked or pinched anywhere? When the car acts up try removing the gas cap and see if it pushes air out. This would indicate that the tank vent is not working or the line between it and the charcoal canister is pinched/melted/collapsed. Just trying to give some ideas for fuel flow issues.

I will say that if you do not have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator they are nice to have.

I know we talked about this on the phone the other day but I just wanted to update the post just in case it helps someone else in the future as they are reading along as to possible fixes. But yes I do have an adjustable regulator and there's no pressure at the cap. Heading back to the tuner on the 12th

By "cap" he means the fuel tank is not pressuring up. We talked for half an hour or so and we are both leaning towards the fuel tables need to be tweaked as everything else seems to be good to go. Hopefully a new tune squares it up as that car should be a lot of fun when its right.
