so i started my car today after being gone for 4 days, its been cold out,

it started fine but it vibrates realy badly, it didnt do this before today at all and i need to know what it is.

the vibrations get a little worse at around 1300 rpms as well

also this is not moving but in park, with a 5 speed

A couple things come to mind. Could be the balancer, could be a frozen injector that will thaw with engine heat, and the idle will stabilize. You could run a cylinder balance test to rule out any particular cylinder if the balancer checks out.

Check the balancer on the side facing the rear of the car. If there is a rubber part that is coming out of it, then you need a new one.

Autozone has a replacement for about $60, but you could get a Professional Products balancer for about $80 and they're not supposed to fail at all. I'd go that route and will when mine gives up.

well i just went out and checked the balancer, although i cannot SEE it very well,

i deceded to stick my fingers behind it and sure enough it feels like there is a rubber piece sticking out of it, by probably half an inch or so

good thing my GF wanted to go to the store today, cause i wasnt going to go anywhere and i drive for pizza hut tonight

thanks for the quick help guys
