I bought some part from then on ebay. Before I bid i was reluctant because they had not answered numerous question I sent them. I decided to buy from them anyway, when my parts finally get here im missing 1, I did not receive anything from them telling me it was on backorder. After calling for 5hours and getting a busy signal i finally get through and the lady tells me I should get them sometime next week, next week comes and no parts. I try calling again, after calling all day and not getting through the lady tells me the guy who handles the shipments has gone home and she has no way of knowing if they received the parts. I won the auction on 2-26 paid on 2-27 and finally got my part today, when I open the box its polished not satin. I call up and amazingly get through on the first try and get a guy named john, of course im a little mad at this point I was being very firm, told him this is ridicules why do they post an auction for parts they dont have, dont even bother to inform me they dont have them, then when I finally get them its the wrong part (plus the whole time they were telling me its only the satin on back order and they have the polished in stock) The guy starts getting an attitude with me and I tell him its uncalled for he goes on to start telling me im being very vindictive and rude then precedes to scream at the top oh his lungs in a high pitched girly voice that im a bi**h and to send the all f***in parts back to them and to go f**k myself. I then try to call back and he pick up the phone and doesn't say anything then leaves it off the hook.
Has anyone else had a bad experience with them? They are cheap but after this bs Id rather pay more for good customer service and timely shipments.
Sorry for the long rant...im so mad rite now im shaking

i have ordered a few times, and both times some parts were backordered. they sent the shipment without telling me this, even though i specifically asked to be notified if they were on backorder since it had happened before. its very expensive to ship to canada, so i make large orders to save shipping. i had to fight with them for 4 days over emails telling them i didnt recieve parts that i paid for. they said i needed to check my invoice, but i didnt get one..... anyways he ended up checking the records and yup. they were backordered. why he couldnt have done this in the first place i dont know.... so now i have paid, and am waiting for these parts to come in, but i have no paperwork to show that they still owe me parts. i guess i will wait a bit and see what happens. at first i liked them. i think john is the only dick head..... ive had great service from others there.... getting ready to start an internet boycott! i dont think they realize how word gets around in the stang community..... and how poor customer service can cost them a LOT of money.

Well these two experiences are enough for me to never buy from them. They lost me as a potential customer!

I bought an item from them thru Ebay with the "Buy it now" option and imediately paid with PayPal. I received no email from them confirming the order or shipping confirmation for a week or so. I called and asked what was the problem with the order, the lady stated the item was on backorder and would'nt receive it until about 10-20 days later. I cancelled the order and got a refund. I was pissed as to why they place an item on Ebay and claim they have it available.

PS:
I should aslo state I have ordered from them before that incident and communication, shipping and product have been received with no problem what so ever. Will buy from them again, it's just that it seems people are having the same problem with backorders and communication.

I will NEVER buy from them! I bought tail light lens from them once and it took over a month to get them and they sent me the wrong ones. I called and asked about why i dont have them and they were swearing at me, i told them to shove it up there ash and i turned the package down the day it showed up and made them refund shipping and everything. I also do not rec them. They are aweful. They may be a little cheaper, but the b.s you gotta put up for it is not worth it. Thats a fact!

wow its good to hear im not the only one. I know i can be a bit*h sometimes, but I know I wasnt this time.
My bf called up and john gave him a line of bs about what I said and they had words, after threating to come to VA and get the part himself (along with some other unkind words) he got a bit nicer. He said to mail it back that he would pay shipping and give me the rite part, but its still not instock (and i know for sure from talking to the manf that they got a shipment in monday) and he cant tell me when they will get it. I think Im just going to ask for a refund and get it somewhere else. Luckily I had a spare 70mm egr spacer laying around to use in the meantime.
