Bad rattle?

My car has a very bad rattle when going up hill or when it is luging a little. Sounds like the way a tag will rattle on a car with a loud sterio.
It sounds like it is coming from the rear passenger side of the car. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

I hear a rattle that sounds like it's coming from the same area but I only hear it when I hit a bad bump.

Check and see if your panhard bar is hitting your exhaust pipe. It is routed very close to the bar.

Also check if you are missing the two lower bolts from your tranny bellhousing. This has been the source of many rattles.
