BAD vibration at 1,000

I have a 95 GT with an AODE just replaced the torque convertor (stock) and installed a Transgo shift kit.
AT 1,000 rpm it vibrates the whole car, it vibrates going up and slowing down. Putting it in nuetral does'nt help. The reason we put in the kit was a vibraton at idle, I found a broken spring in the 1-2 accumelator.
Trans shifts great just vibrates at 1,000 anybody have any suggestions?

Have you checked the rubber in the harmonic balancer? What about the transmission and motor mounts?

Is the engine missing or seemingly running fine?

motor runs smooth have'nt checked the balancer.
the work on the trans eliminated the idle vibration, just vibrates at rpm now
