Is baer brakes customer service really that bad? first they sent my brakes 3 weeks late, then to find that they didnt even ship the rotors with the kit. the rotors were suppossed to be ups overnighted on tuesday and it is now friday and i am still staring at my baer calipers all by them selves(alcons look sweet , by the way)
ANyone else had problems with getting honest responses out of baer techs.

I ordered mine from Brothers Performance. I recieved everything within 3 days. Not sure what Baers problem is??? sorry to hear about your problems.

Sorry, My experience with them was ok... I ordered a front kit (track kit with upgraded rotors)
It took forever to get to me... like a month, but i was in no hurry at the time.....the shop nocked 50 bucks off of the price cause of the wait...
