Ditto what 2bav8 said. I've got the Granada spindles on my '65 and have the '70 Baer Bumpsteer kit on. I, also, had to trim off the adjustment sleeves to get the proper alignment.
I had the Pro-Motorsports bumpsteer kit on with my original spindles prior to this set up and swapping to the Baer kit really helped to reduce the steering effort on my car.
For your initial setting, add and/or subtract shims until you get your Tie Rods parallel to your lower control arms. Then go for your alignment and recheck for parallel. This is probably going to be your ideal setting, but you can play with moving the shims from there.
The Performance alignment settings are:
Caster: +2.5°
Camber: 0 to -.5°
Toe: 1/8"
