Personally, I only wanted to see the Mafia revert back to the respected and cool place it once used to be. Prior to all the girlfriends & wives signing on, prior to the "Special" female only forum areas.

We are still respected by many and hated by few. Truthfully, we really don't give a **** what anyone thinks about us because it is our place on the internet.

Sorry, but I just didn't care for the flowery, family orientated place it has become. I'm suprised frilly pink curtains haven't been hung up on the opening pages yet.... I'll bet the true, original core members never expected the Bama Mafia to become what it is today.

Do you have any idea how sexists that sounds. I am sorry, but whenever the Mafia was created no one said "this is MEN only." You had your voice and your say in the membership, but the majority ruled on that one. I for one want my wife/girlfriend/significant other involved in things that I do because it makes it easier to attend meets, functions, or to even get my car modded. If YOU don't want them involved, speak up, but don't get all hissy whenever the majority doesn't agree with you.

While were on this subject, the women are not the cause of the drama. Ignorant, intolerant, and egotistical men are the cause of the drama.

I never said I hated anybody or anyone over there, but I think you would be surprised how many BM members feel the same way about all of this as I do. I know because I've received the emails and PM's from them stating so. They just don't want to make waves is all...

Yes, I do know exactly how sexist that sounds and I will stand by my statements. I truly believe that bringing ones wife or girlfriend into the FORUMS (I'm not talking about the meets, nor the dyno days, or the dragon runs, but the FORUMS) is the major reason why many of the original members don't post as much, if at all these days. Allowing the spouses/significant others to have access to all areas and then creating a special area just for them was wrong in my opinion and showed great favoritism towards some.

I didn't know you came back over here..I know **** got deep over in the mafia, I do agree on some of the things said by U.M. i never posted much but i have been there from just about the start of things and it has gone down alot.
