It has been a while since I have posted on here and I was just wondering if buy a x-cal from bamachips and down the road you add a bolt on or two, will they send you updated tunes for free? or do you have to pay again? I know they used to send you updated tunes for free if you bought the tuner from them, but it has been a while since I have checked.

I think Doug will update the tune for free if you buy a CAI from him.

I purchased his Torq and Race tunes (no CAI and no tuner) a while back and he updated them for free. Maybe because he knows that I'm a member of the TMS forums, dunno. Best thing to do is shoot him an email and ask him?

No Doug will update tunes for minor modifications within a certain period of time. Doug doesn't have to write a whole new tune, he just goes in a makes a quick change for most of the mild modifications and it takes him all of five minutes at most.
