Yeah, they're clearly angled as a result of the GPs trying to "close up" in the middle.

I encountered the same issue w/ the hacked up plates I had to make for the Monster. Try dealing w/ two studs that are angled in different directions, using a guideplate that had to be cut and sectioned.

Have you tried to slowly tighten each stud, then ck by setting the rocker on and adjusting the guideplates if you need to tapping them w/ a drift punch after you get it tight enough to hold the adjustment?

I was just about driven crazy by the last one on my head, because it would move just as I got it tight enough to really crank on.

Nice choice on the rockers! Are you using a little moly lube underneath the base of the stud? That should help it turn a little bit. If I remember correctly, I had to adjust mine all a little differently. Also, I was advised to use thread sealant on the studs that are open into the ports (intake I think).

thanks...i didnt want any more issues!

That rocker on the right looks out of alignment. I'd be afraid of causing undue stress on the spring and getting coil bind or breaking it. Use the moly trick listed above under the studs to tighten them to spec w/o binding the brackets/guide plates.

yes my thoughts exactly!?

ARP makes a good thread sealer and also a good moly lube. Just about any quality brand will suffice though.

Home Depot's Teflon pipe dope is my choice for the lower head bolts. Works good, lasts a long time...
All the rest of the bolts get Bostik Never-Seez from NAPA on the threads and under the heads.
