How loud is the complete long tube off-road set up? I want it to be loud. I have heard the Borla Cat-back is somewhat "tame". Is the Bassani the same? Should I go with some other Cat-back??? Thanks for the opinions fellas.
yeah, borla sucks... i wouldn't recommend them to any mustang driver... the best is and always will be flowmaster for a catback... but bassani makes some very good things, they would be my second choice
I heard a new GT the other day that sounded nasty , thats the sound I want. When the neighbors and old people think it obnoxious thats when its just right. My LS1 had longtubes thru off road Y thru all the way open Borla. At idle with the cam it sounded like a mild NASCAR, but when you stepped on it... thats the tone I want, with the true dual I should be able to get the tone with less of the rasp...
get the bassani real stret mufflers with their cat back system. When testing all the catbacks in mm&ff they had the loudest decibal rating which was MAx as the machine couldnt read it.
Thanks for the input guys. I was kinda set on the complete Bassani anyway. Do the Dr. Gas X's flow any better??? Tone?? I guess this would mostly be opinion too...
