Bassani Exhaust

I run bassani cats, x-pipe, and cat back on my 93 Cobra...
I ran catted x-pipe and cat back on my 03 Cobra...
I loved it on both cars... bassani is pricey though. BUT you wont be disappointed by the quality of welds and sound (although sound is personal choice) and overall quality of their products.

my buddy just bought an 01 gt and wants to find some exhaust clip sounds for his car, i know wrong section but just asking while im here( not really a newbie, my old account got deleted a while back) and he doesnt know what will soudn good, hes a former fan of rice burners. I convinced him to get a stang and he loves it, first thing he said today was "man this is real power, so much stronger than my eclipse!" :nice: thanks in advance

I just got done installing a set of FRPP shorties and a Bassani SS OR X-Pipe this weekend, and I can say it was money well spent.

I had never done any exhaust work myself, other than putting on the set of POS BBK shorties I had been running, and that Bassani X went on so incredibly easy it was almost funny. I was doing the whole job with the car on four jackstands and hand tools only. The three piece design of the Bassani made it so easy to put on, everything mated right up perfectly the first time, and it sounds/looks awesome. The only knock I had was minor.

I bought all SS stuff because the car is my daily driver year round, so it sees salt and winter. I was kinda surprised that Bassani didn't take the small extra step of including SS hardware for bolting it to the cat back. It was no big deal though, I just ran to the local Home Depot and got some SS bolts/nuts (grade 5).

Here's a couple pics of it before I put it in...

You can see the quality of the welds in this pic...
