Alright guys, heres the thing right now i have a bassani Stainless steel O/R x-pipe with stage 2 flowmasters. Right now i probably one of the loudest stangs in town. I love it but the cops dont, mostly statie's, town popo's dont bother me. I was thinking about finishing off the bassani X with a Bassani cat (or no cat) back exhaust system. I just want it a little quieter when im cruisin but still scream when i stomp on it. Would this be a good setup or maybe go with the Magnaflow? I have heard a full bassani setup and it sounds nice.

I love mine, nice tone but no loud when idling and cruising but good and loud at WOT. Well to me anyway since it the only one other than stock I've had. I like and dont regret spending the little extra. Mine even came with what I assume are dampners of some kind that you can put in or take out as it suits you. My only regret is that it wasnt a side exit like I was shopping for originally.

You could :

1. Go with a catted aftermarket mid pipe. Two high flow cats would mellow out the sound a bit

2. Go with 3 chamber flows to quiet down the mufflers

3. Go with the stocker mufflers. With the O/R mid pipe, it should give you a great tone.

Yeah i do love the O/R sound, i def wanna keep it that way. I originally had the X-pipe on with stock mufflers and it sounded like crap. I didn't notice any difference at all from stock sound. I noticed a little more pull though. I think im probably going to go with the bassani cat back. Thanks Guys!

Well, I have a Magnaflow Catback and I'm about to go install my Bassani O/R X pipe right now. I'll let you know how it sounds later.

Crew_dawg16 let me give you a little bit of advice...do NOT run the Bassani O/R X with MagnaPACKS...Not sure how they sound w the Magnaflows but they sound like arse w the Packs.
Just an FYI...hope I didn't offend anyone!
