I have the Borla Catback with a Magnaflow O/R X-pipe, and I personally think that it is the best sounding out of all 3. The catback's quality is unprecidented, and is somewhat quiet at idle, but when you stomp on it,
it really comes to life. The tone is much deeper than that of Bassani, and is much more mellow of a tone, and is not raspy at all. It drones slightly between 2000-2250 RPMs, but like I said, it is a deep sound and you will not be disappointed if you choose Borla. You can find Borla catbacks relatively cheap on E-bay too. Good luck!
