i have a full bassani system on my 00 gt. I was wondering if bassani's are worth keeping over the rest of the exhausts out there... i was contemplting on the SLP loudmouths....

Listen to all the other mustangs out there bassanis sound the best. I have a bassani catback system on my 03 GT and I have never heard beter. Also its a pretty unique exhaust because it costs alot more then the others so not very many people around me have it I think I have heard one. Keep the bassani its not worth the money to swap anyway.

I would just keep the Bassani. Sounds better than others that I have heard. Like everyone else has said, its not worth the money to swap.

Yeah, If i were you i wouldn't swap. This week I actually sold my Borla Stinger Catback and got a Bassani Street Competition Catback. The Borla Stinger simply droned too much on the highway and didn't have the tone of bassani. Don't make the swap, you'll be regretting it believe me.

I'd say keep it. Bassani is one of the better sounding exhausts out there IMHO. Plust, like everybody else said, it really isnt worth the money to swap.

Don't keep it so you can give me the cat-back Just Kidding... Seriously though, i love Bassani's sound. SLP has a nice sound also, but i personally think bassani has the best.

Bassani catback vs. rest..... rest looses. Bassani has to be the best sounding catback out there on a stang IMO.

You have been struck with a virus and you are ill. Your dillusion tells me this illness is severe. Take 2 vicodin and wash them down with JD. Then go to bed for 5 days and re-think this!

You already have one of the best sounding and flowing exhausts on the market. It is stainless steel and few (if any) make better HP & TQ numbers. Just read the "Reviews" section here on Stangnet and see how high it is rated.

Nothing else will go on my Bullitt or any other mustang I ever own!

I've had the bassani o/r X pipe on my car (with the american thunder cat back) for about a year and a half now and absolutely LOVE the sound. Unfortunately, I'm going to be switching to the Dr. Gas X pipe when I do the headswap b/c I'll be putting long tubes on. SO, when that gets done, I'll have an X pipe for sale.

I think bassani sounds good. it would also be very easy to sell as you can see by this thread so it is really up to whether you want to change. slp is lounder than bassani. I like the sound of bassani better. sometimes a ponder trying diffenet exhaust too. then I tell myself why work on changing something on the car that is really not going to benifit it. that is why I bought the borla in the first place. good power and it going to last a long time. spend that time changing something that needs to be changed.

keep it. as an owner of 2 bassani exaust products, admittedly their products are more expensive, however the quality and sound that their exausts produce is worth every penny of it.
