OK here we go.

My alt is 4 gauge wire to the same side of the kill switch my battery is on.

On the other side of the switch i have 2 gauge strait to the fuse box in my fender. That 2 gauge has a T fitting which goes to my starter which is also done in 4 gauge wire...

Should 4 gauge wire to the starter and alt be enough. I think its thicker then the stock.

Yeah, that should be fine. As long as the 4 gauge starter wire only goes to the fuse box, and not all the way to the trunk, it should be good.

Yeah, 6ft of 4 gauge, will probably work ok, but I would prefer 2 gauge for that if it was my car. That might drag the starter just a little.

Hope this helps.. MECP study guide data
American Wire Gauge (AWG) standards

T Amp Draw (>4ft.) (4-7ft) (7-10ft) (10-13ft) (13-16ft) (16-19ft) (19-22ft)
of System

(0-20) 14awg 12 12 10 10 8 8

(20-35) 12 10 8 8 6 6 6

(35-50) 10 8 8 6 4 4 4

(50-65) 8 8 6 4 4 4 4

(65-85) 6 6 4 4 2 2 2

(85-105) 6 6 4 2 2 2 2

(105-125) 4 4 4 2 0 0 0

(125-150) 2 2 2 0 0 0 0

these are guages to be used with no less than .5volt drop. And sizes account for terminal connection resistance. :) hope that helps out (make sure ur wire is an AWG rating to use this chart) and the awg sizes all scrunched over in the chart when posted, sorry i can't fix it so you'll just have to count over to the size and amps

...you'll just have to find what amps you're pulling between those components.
