I bought my 90 5.0 recently and the guy who sold it to me told me he took out the a/c to reduce weight and also because it didn't fit because of the CAI. Has anyone else had a problem with the a/c unit and a BBK CAI? Would I have to get a smaller a/c unit than stock?

I don't see how the ac would interfere with a CAI. Opposite sides of the engine bay.

???
Doesn't the ac compressor thingy go right on the top of the intake? That's where I see the disconnected pipes. As pictured:

I'm a noob sorry X_X

Ok, yea I was thinking about the compressor. Those lines go underneath the cai. I don't see how they would be anymore in the way of a cai than the factory intake tube. Unless he had the cai angled way downward.

Compressor goes over the other side of the engine, and the lines run along the back.

Might want to adjust your CAI a little bit. Looks close to the strut tower and prob bangs on it when the engine torques.

As you can see, fits fine with the BBK CAI.
