Its been a while since I've been around. Marriage, family, kids, business etc. Somehow I managed to keep my cars...:nice:

Anyway. My Fox has an exhaust leak that I can't seem to get rid of. I have changed the H pipe from the O/R to BBK catted H.

I have re-torqued the headers (never leaked before, but gotta try) and tripple checked and tightened all the connections and couplers. I did find one leak at one coupler and tightened it.

There is just one small leak remaining that sounds like its coming directly from the cat on the driver's side..... Makes me think the weld has a crack in it possibly... I searched and read that sometimes the quality of the BBK isn't as good. Anyone had a similar problem. (I had a feeling I should spend a little more:nonono:)

Anyway. I can't feel anything at the welds, but it sure sounds like its the cat or the welds at the cat...
