hey all, i bought my car with a BBK clutch quadrant on it. the clutch was slipping so i changed it. That was about 40k miles ago so the clutch is definitely in need of an adjustment, but since the PO of my car installed the BBK unit, i dont really know how this is done.

TIA

There should be an adjuster on the firewall where the cable enters the engine bay. It may also have an adjustable cable where it attaches to the pivot fork sticking out of the bellhousing. If it has neither of these you will definately have to get a firewall adjuster.

yeah, the quadrant itself is not adjustable with a stock cable. it will only go on one of the hooks. check to see if there is a firewall adjuster like already mentioned. Most people install both at the same time
