BBK H pipe on Bassani Full lengths?

I have Bassani 1 5/8"s Long tube headers for a T-5 but I love the deep loud tone of the H pipe. I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be able to bolt up a shorty H pipe instead of having to put on the Bassani X? I called Bassani and a performance shop, no one seems to know. I just don't want to waste the money on it if it's not even going to fit. Can anyone help?

Well I have BBK Long tubes and a Bassani X-Pipe, opposite of your situation but it should fit.

i run MAC 1 5/8 lt's with bbk shorty h pipe no prob. its welded to my dumped flows and sounds mmeeean.
