What's up everybody? I am about to order BBK Ceramic coated longtubes, with the matching shorty off road h pipe. I had a few questions you guys might be able to help me with. First, in a few weeks (after i order headers/h-pipe) I want to get a Bassani cat-back, will it bolt right up? Any fitment problems? I eventually will be running a 347 stroker with afr 185's, will there be any fitment issues with the BBK long tubes? I hear mixed reviews about BBK but I haven't had any problems with my t/b, cai and pulleys so I figured I would just stick with BBK. But any quality issues? How about there new 02 Extensions? Sorry about all the questions but I appreciate the help.

How soon will you be running a 347? It sounds like you'll be building a nice one, so you'll want 1 3/4" longtubes. I ran 1 5/8" ceramic bbk's on my 302 and they fit good. I sold them and just got some ceramic 1 3/4" bbk's since i'm doing a 347 now as well.

For o2's, just buy new o2's wth longer harness. Bosch part # 13953 from Autozone with the 16.5" wires. I just picked those up as well. If need be, there might be slack in the harness to move a bit closer to where you need it.

I've never experienced anything bad with BBK nor have heard anything bad about them, it's MAC that I've had issues with and have heard a lot of negative stories about. You'll be very happy with the BBK headers, especially since they come with the single flange unlike MACs individual flanges. The BBK h-pipe actually fit better with my Borla exhaust than the stock h-pipe did so I didn't have any issues there either.

Just installed BBK long tubes a few weeks ago. The collector is hitting the tranny cross-member so I'll have to fix that. Also the holes for the studs on the collector were all f'd up, so I couldn't use studs, had to go to the hardware store and get a bolt that would fit through the hole.

Theoretically manufacturers think exhaust components will all fit together, but once in a while thats far from the truth.

From what I've heard on here, BBK LT's and the BBK h-pipe match up nicely.

Good luck.

It will be a few months down the line for the 347, but I am trying to piece together parts now that I won't have to buy later on. BBK only makes the 1 5/8" for the 94-95's :( 1 3/4" for you damn lucky fox guys :D How much did the new 02's run you? I thought the BBK deal was sweet because its just a plug and play, no need to splice wires which can be a pain.
