I meant as far as the same ball park as far as price. Im not going to spend bucho bucks on Bassani X-pipe when it wont preform any better then a Mac H pipe. It may be all shinney stainless steal but who cares its under the car no one will ever see it, plus Id rather have an H then an X pipe.
You can get a MAC off-road H-pipe for our cars at Pacifica Performance for $109, thats the cheapest off road pipe I've seen. They have an add in the mustang magazines.
Guys, thought I would chime in has I just had a BBK off-road H put on my 95 convertible last week. I was having new tokico shocks and struts put on so I had him do it. Mechanic stated that it fit pretty good, although it hangs a little low, driver side hook up to catback is a little lower. He said it would have been pretty tough to do without his lift. He was able to make it fit pretty well.
No leaks, good fitment at headers. My exhaust is BBK shortie headers, BBK off-road H-pipe, and magnaflow catback. It is definitely louder (not to the totally obnoxious loud) more open and "bassy" sounding if that is a word, but I think it sounds great. Overall, I would recommend it. You can feel a seat of the pants power increase as well.
