Some of the latest selections I've enjoyed

I threw a little cookout this weekend and some friends brought a couple 6-packs for me. So right now in my fridge, I've got some Sam Adams Octoberfest, Dominion Double D Double IPA, and some DuClaw Funk Blueberry Citrus Wheat. Also a couple Bud Light Limes that someone left behind and Michelob Ultras for the girlfriend.

I'm more of a wheat beer drinker; not crazy about IPAs (too hoppy). Though this Double D stuff isn't too bad...not as hoppy as other IPAs I've had.

Dominion and DuClaw are some regional breweries...not sure how far they distribute. DuClaw is actually more of a brew-pub that has a few locations in Maryland.

That is actually a pretty great beer! I've had that a few times, it's very hit or miss in the few local liquor stores I frequent

Glad to see some real brews being shared-up.

So I shouldn't take a picture of the next Miller Lite I run across?

My favorite right now is Lagunitas IPA. luv the hard, but not harsh taste.



@IIGood @Davedacarpainter @timeless2 - Thanks for sharing some good beers, looking forward trying to some of the ones above. Nothing like a new beer to try. I tried one this weekend but it was way to sweet, never again.

This will be interesting. I'm currently trying to expand my selection of beers.

That vanilla Porter (your first picture) is my current go to. I love it. Have you tried the nitro version? It was good but I prefer the regular one. I need to get pictures of some of my favorites.

It wasnt bad, a little bitter coffee flavor. Decent background malts. Nice once in a while.

Love the Fat Tire! Fan favorite for me

Yuengling Amber Lager is my regular go-to beer. Sam Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout is one of my favorite "doesn't even taste like beer" beers.

Also a fan of this stuff I found out in Virginia- Shofferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen. So good, so refreshing.

I have tried this one as well. For me, it was surprisingly good. I am not a fan of grapefruit whatsoever...but for some reason, I tried this and it is indeed quite good and very refreshing. A good beer to drink on a hot summer day.

I've never found any beer with fruit in it that I liked. Nothing for me with the word "Shanty" in it either!

With all this nasty, Triple-H weather we've been having, I did try the Bud Light Platinum and found it very refreshing, and I don't typically like Light beers, either.

Triple-H weather = Hazy, Hot and Hellish!

We have a little Mexican restaurant near here that has Oculto. It's okay, not my favorite. Definitely a different taste!

Ok, sure, it's not a beer. It's not a bad spiced rum though. I tried a pumpkin spiced rum yesterday that i really liked too. I'll have to get more of that one. I liked pumpkin flavored things.
